Planned digital subscription service
Upon launch, Purvec is intended to be offered as a digital subscription service through web and mobile applications.
Digital Delivery
Purvec services will be delivered electronically. No physical goods will be sold or shipped.
Recurring Subscriptions
Paid plans are expected to provide access to digital features such as goal management, AI-assisted planning, progress tracking, personalization, reminders, and related functionality.
Cancellation & refunds
When paid subscriptions become available, customers will be able to manage or cancel subscriptions through the applicable account or platform settings.
Cancellation will prevent future renewal charges. Access to paid features will normally remain available through the end of the current paid subscription period unless otherwise stated.
Refund eligibility will be handled according to the applicable purchase platform, subscription terms, and consumer-protection requirements.
Privacy & data
Purpose Vector is being developed around data minimization, security, and responsible use of customer information.
- User account, goal, and progress information will be maintained within Purpose Vector systems.
- External AI services may be used when required to provide AI-assisted functionality.
- External AI services will receive only information reasonably necessary to perform the requested AI task.
- Personal payment credentials will not be provided to AI models for goal-planning purposes.
- Purpose Vector does not sell customer data.
